The new Centre is the result of 6 years work between Gorseinon Town Council, Gorseinon Development Trust, the City and County of Swansea and the European Regional Development Fund.

The Centre provides a state of the art eco building and is being managed by the Gorseinon Development Trust and provides:
- A healthy living cafe juice bar called Zest for Life
- A full child day care facility called Trusting Hands Day Nursery
- Spaces for new businesses
- Conferencing facilities
- Community Cinema
- A modern practical arts training facility operated by Gorseinon College.
The Centre boasts 3 public meeting rooms and a conference facility for 150 people with all the latest information and audio visual technology
